Meet the Service Team

"We generally can get to you, if not today, then the next day," he explains. "What's an emergency to some people may not seem like an emergency to others. But we take care of it within a day." Led by Ken Krienitz, our Senior Service Technician with over 30 years of experience, our specialists understand the unique challenges of outdoor entertainment. He’s helped build a team that shares his dedication to exceptional service. The team has grown strategically, with each member bringing unique strengths. Ian, who trained directly under Ken, came with strong technical skills but gained invaluable experience during his first months. "Since I started, I learned a lot from Ken," Ian shares. "Ken has years of experience, and I have great support from the whole team. And I couldn't ask for a better supervisor than Brian."

"What really sets us apart is how quickly we get back to people," Ian adds. "They have someone to fall back on versus having to call their son in California to see how to get Netflix going. The service team is very proactive as opposed to reactive."
